There is no charge to the manufacturer. USA identifies the package as manufacturer-provided, validates the project/product linkage, and packages it for subcontractor purchase.

Each quantity line must be: description | quantity | unit | source sheet/page. Manufacturer upload is free. Approved packages can be offered to subcontractors for $19.99. The subcontractor controls final bid pricing and must authorize submission to the GCs bidding the project.
